This definitely is one of our favourite tools. We have been using this tool to help our clients assess the competition. With this tool, you can,

You can click the link here and type in a competitor’s website (completely free), and immediately get information regarding organic keywords and rank, ad keywords, and traffic. You will find exciting graphs and data to help you make intelligent decisions.
SpyFuis an easy-to-use tool that lets you know which keywords your competitors are targeting, both in organic search and in AdWords. You type in your competitor domain name, and you can download an entire list of these keywords. Check out the tool here.
This is one of the more advanced tools available, and it has been rating websites for a long time. We have been using this tool for ages. This tool does it all when spying on your competitors (linking, traffic, keywords, etc.) and is an excellent resource if your competitors are international, you can also check ranking for comparison. GOOGLE KEYWORD PLANNER
This tool seems to have it all. Although it doesn’t focus specifically on competitor analysis (it’s more focused on your own website), finding competitor data is one feature of the tool. Because it’s from Google, it’s considered one of the best out there. And just like any other Google Tool, this is completely FREE. Check out the tool here.
